I wish we had many more people like Mr Johan Griessel in this country

I just want to commend Mr Johan Griessel for all his assistance and going beyond and an extra mile to make sure that I received my Rain package on the same day, He was professional, helpful and he made sure that he contact the drive until I received my package. I had an issue last week Friday when CCD Couriers promised to deliver before 12 and no one came, the next thing I am sent an sms that the driver is delayed good I waited again and still no one came and I had wasted my Friday, they then called me yesterday Monday to confirm if they can deliver without no apology after wasting my time, I told them to escalate the issue today and nothing happened until Johan intervened and he told me the driver came and I told him no he did not, the driver did not even call me or try to contact me so Johan then investigated from his side and assisted me this morning and I got my package. my family is now happy to have received the package FINALLY after the unnecessary up and down. Thank you.
