I was supposed to receive my order from rain via CCD couriers on Friday between 8 to 10 am

I was supposed to receive my order from rain via CCD couriers on Friday between 8 to 10 am. I waited for them and they didn't come and I had to be somewhere. After 10 they sent me a message that they had delays then around 11 they called me and to find out whether I'm still available, I told them I'm not in that location but I am not far from it so they can come where I am since I will be there until late. And I told them that I'm leaving on Monday. They didn't come back to me then later I got a message that my sim cards where actived, today when I email them to tell them that I didn't receive my order, they send me a screenshot that my order was delivered
