5 Years ago... I ordered a new bank card from ABSA. Received an sms, CCD couriers received the card and it's enroute within 3 working days, Fast right! 3 days later, my card was swiped 3 times before receipt! Geez, how did they activate it! Last week I orderd a Yoco POS with card machine. 48 hrs later a notification via sms, read the card machine will be delivered within 3 days befor 12. That day at about 14:00, I called and asked where is my package. Answer, we have not received it yet from the supplier! Strangely, I received an sms 4 days prior from CCD, Your package is received and is being dispatched! Who is gesuip here? Today, after 5 days, I am still waiting. Strangely, I tracked my package with no info at all, only ERROR 404! I am at 606 already, how the fock do they not know what is cooking if they are sitting with the pot and the supplier with the stove? Their web as my full detail, to check authentication. How must I trust them, knowing they may put my details for swiping on the machine to collect? These guys are ****mers, and for so long, they've been getting away with it!
