I HATE CCD COURIERS

I've been waiting for my parcel to get delivered a cell phone that Intellicell delivered long ago to you. I explained that I'm not working from the office but from home which Intellicell sent communication to change the delivery address from work to home. I keep calling the CCD call center who keeps referring me to Intellicell to ask them to send a request to deliver at home which they did and the agents at CCD confirms they receive it this is only after I've screamed and lost it, they apologize yes they can see the request they will call me to arrange TILL DATE I'M SITTING AND WAITING
