I had ***** on a credit card and needed it delivered on Friday Was assured on Thursday by an agent that it would be with me on Friday. After 4 more calls on Friday I was told it would be delivered between 2 and 5 pm . Then at 4 pm was told the courier would be delayed till 6. And the courier didn’t even arrive. No phone calls No after hours contract number Disorganized and poor service
