I had a delivery with CCD Couriers from Rain, I was advised that my parcel will be delivered between 12 and 4pm,and I should have my original ID and any proof of address, the driver arrived at 8am and luckily I was home he wanted a copy of my ID which I wasn't told about, he then told me that the Etoll statement is not allowed as proof of address , which was another thing that i wasn't told about when preparing documents, while I was trying to find out from the driver what the next step could be he was very rude to me and just left me there on the road while i was talking to him,...I then called the couriers company to find out why i wasn't told on the type of documents to have, all they said is that they will organise a second delivery between 12 pm and 4pm , on the delivery day i get a call from the driver at 7am asking me if i am home for delivery and i said no i will be home at 12, he told me to get home before 12 as he needs to knock off early. and why is this my problem when i am only expecting the delivery between 12 and 4pm... businesses shouldn't partner up with CCD Couriers , their drivers are the rudest people on earth.
