I dont know how to make sense of this

I am expecting a card delivery and this morning I got a missed call from the company. Ever since I am battling to get hold of them, 2 emails later, several calls that the lady answering does not seem to hear me I am still battling. Wonder if it was that hard to try and call me again after the initial call they made
