How long does it take to deliver a bank card

CCD couriers have made arrangement with me on three different occasion to deliver my FNB premier Card. On three occasion they failed to arrive. They also failed to make a call to tell me that their not coming. I had to call them all the time to ask them whats happening... It's week now and today's latest conversation where i had to call was informed wait on Monday or pay delivery fee so that they can drop the card at a branch so that i can get it the next day... Pathetic this is as it's not even my fault, but once again we as customers need to bare this Shocking shocking service. Their call centre staff also have bad costumer relation and horrible attitude.

I blame FNB for this as truly ensure the people you do business with is of good nature and quality
