Horrifying service

No people or communication skills. staff has bad attitude and zero communication skills and does not respect customers time. Lodged a complaint and still was not attended. The service provider being Nedbank did nothing about the matter and yet again I needed to contact the service providers, but they failed me. I would not recommend anyone to any of these providers because they will both disappoint you. The biggest problem here is the CCD because even with my previous bank I had to fight them to deliver my card.
