Horrid service, horrid security

I am absolutely appalled by the service I received from CCD Couriers. i get a call on the 11th of September from CCD, confirming delivery address of my new credit card. I proceed to give my complete work address to the call center agent, after which he reads it back to me to confirm if it is correct. the call center agent tells me to have my ID handy when delivery occurs as it needs to be scanned.

At around 11:07am on the 12th of September, I get a call from CCD, telling me that the delivery agent is having trouble finding the delivery address. I step outside the store, and finally the delivery agent comes over, telling me that he went into the wrong store, and that someone already signed for the card.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? How in the world do they let a complete stranger sign for my credit card? He then hands me the delivery note, scratches out the name, ID number and signature of the stranger who signed initially, and tells me to just fill my details in above the scratched out parts. Not once did he ask for any for of identification, did not ask for my ID or drivers license, nothing.

Is this how CCD handles secure deliveries? Some stranger could have had my credit card by now?
