Horrible service, worst courier ever

I am actually so over all of this, aland lack of service from CCD Couriers. I ordered the rain101 last year December. I requested the old device be collected and the advisor told me he will arrange for that to happen, he further advised me he booked the collection.

No one from CCD Couriers came out, this is the company Rain uses for deliveries and collections. A second request was then loaded, and no luck.

Rain has now *******ly loaded my account now, putting me in a very arrears amount, because of the fact that CCD did not come out to ever collect, and they now want to charge me for the device that was not collected.

I requested collection last week Friday between 8 and 10am (last week Friday), for the third time, it is Monday 16:35 and still the device is here.

CCD Couriers simply called now, and when I expressed my frustration, the lady replies, "Hmm I don't know about that, you must speak to a supervisor to fine out", does not offer to transfer me, makes it my responsibility to get ahold of the supervisor.

Rain and CDC Couriers, are the most unprofessional companies I have come across.
