HORRIBLE SERVICE THUS FAR

WHAT a HORRIBLE service, emails and calls are not answered to arrange a delivery date its been 5 working days now. I was suppose to receive my credit card. I have received useless SMS say "My parcel will be delivered shortly" but I have received nothing nothing - no calls or emails. This is upsetting and inconveniencing me as a customer. GIVE ME A CALL NOW. I need my parcel ASAP
