Horrible service

Standard bank requested CCD couriers to deliver my package. When they first contacted me, they assured me that my driver's license would be enough for me to receive the package. However, when the delivery person arrived, he refused to accept my driver's license and did not listen when I tried to explain that I had confirmed its sufficiency over the phone. Now, after receiving a call, the lady is not even apologizing for the confusion, as if I were the one at fault. Horrible service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
