Horrible service - as always

In all the years that I have been banking with FNB, I cannot recall a single time that CCD Couriers was able to deliver my card on the given date / time as promised. And there is always excuses as well, pretty standard excuses as well, if you look at the number of reviews on Hello Peter.

CCD was supposed to deliver my card to me between 10 and 12 AM - as agreed with YOUR agent. Guess what - It's now 5 hours later and still no sign of any courier. So, I do the decent thing - phone CCD to find out what is going on, only to get the standard response that they can't get hold of the courier at this time, but that apparently he was there to deliver my card this morning at 8:30 - BS, I know. Of course, when I told CCD they are talking ********, your extremely friendly (notice the sarcasm) agent didn't appreciate it that much, and said that she will escilate it to her supervisor and will make a note that I missed the appointment ??????

Uhm, which one - the 10 to 12 one that your courier didn't show up for?

Perhaps you should invest in cellphones or airtime for your drivers. Clearly their phones are never working, and they don't have the ability to phone us if they are apparently 1.5 hours early.

I really do hope that FNB will stop using you guys in the near future, at least until you are able to do what a courier company is supposed to do. I think this is now the 6th time that CCD is supposed to deliver cards to me, and every time I make the mistake by believing that they have changed, and that this time the delivery would be perfect, but yet again, CCD has proved me wrong.
