Horrible service

CCD made a appointment 2 days prior to the appointment with me to deliver my product by 12:00 yesterday. By 15:00 they phoned saying they wont make it we need to move it to the next day between 08:00 and 12:00. This morning they phoned and say they can only deliver after 14:00 cause the courier left late. What bad planning from them. I work in logistic myself and know there is sometimes constrains but never 24 Hours later
