Horrible service

I have a delivery scheduled for between 12 to 4. I jad an emergency and had to get oit of home. I receive a call from the driver tgat hes on his way to my house. I simply say ok im not home now but on my way back. He then asked where i am I told him my location is private im on my way i mean its not like he wascat my house already he was as he said still on his eay to me. But then why force me to give him my location.

Fine i put thr phone down and called their office to reschedule for my delivery. Ahh what a horrible experience wirh a consultant that answers a call and speak to his colleagues while im on the line wity him. I had to then put the phone down. What an annoyance.
