HORRIBLE SERVICE
If I could give this company a negative star rating, I would! My husband has been awaiting his FNB Cheque card for almost 3 months! When contacting the call centre, you either have to wait on line WITHOUT speaking to an agent for 5 minutes and then have the call dropped in your ear, or when you get through to the FNB department, they drop the call in your ear without having to speak to anyone!!! Is it so difficult to have a damn card delivered and have my husband contacted ON THE CORRECT NUMBER??? Disgusting service!
