horrible service

On Monday i called to arrange my fnb card delivery, gave them my reference number and updated my contact details for delivery. It happened that the consultant captured my numbers incorrectly. I then called again on Tuesday to give them right numbers, told them to call me when they arrive on Wednesday they never called. i then called again to make Thursday arrange still same story.

I then called on Thursday to make Friday arrangement , they did not come. I called again today 31/01/2020 only to find out that no arrangement has been made.

This is unacceptable i called from Monday till Friday still no delivery
