HORRIBLE IS NO DESCRIPTION OF PATHETIC COURIER SERVICE

WORSE COMPANY EVER - WORSE THEN DSV COURIER COMPANY!!

I had an appointment made for last Wednesday (MWEB delivery promised within 72 hours from Monday). As a paramedic, I informed MWEB that I might not be available due to medical emergency, it was noted on the system. CCD couriers failed to have this information so they ignored the instruction to make the delivery on Wednesday. On Friday I received message to state that a "FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT" was made. As per MWEB, I need to pay penalties for failed attempts. Taking it up with MWEB, they promised to have delivery done by COB on Friday... Monday CCD courier calls me to make the appointment for today. They even sent me calendar reminder that I need to be available. It is now 13:22 (delivery was scheduled for 8-12)... 12:00 they called said it will be delivered before 13:00... After 13:00, it will be 5 minutes... The driver didn't even check the documents and failed to use manners also. Not even apologetic for the delay seeing that I have been forced not to respond to medical emergencies as I am not allowed to have a third party delivery & it must be delivered to the address where I have requested it to be made. I will not pay MWEB for any penalties & if I could - NEGATIVE 20 stars would not even do this rating of service justice.... WHISH MWEB will change their courier services to some company much more professional.
