Hijacking an incoming call to fill work quota?

Pathetic service.

Phoned them to confirm/arrange delivery and the agent started pretending that he actually phone me! Something else to note on your work sheet for the day, I presume. Asked me to repeat everything I just told him (my name/tracking number etc.)

When it came to scheduling the delivery, I am basically expected to be at home for the whole afternoon - they cannot ensure delivery in a time frame or that the driver will give me a call... (I am forced into getting this delivery, I am not getting it through any preference of my own).

So sorry that I need to be at work earning a living...
