Highly Unprofessional & Unorganised Service
I received an sms confirming delivery times on cue yesterday. This morning at 8:45 I recieved a call to confirm that delivery is on its way and I confirmed that I was home. Got all documents needed ready and 6 hrs later i'm still WAITING.<br> According to the sms, delivery was going to be at 12 noon at the latest. It is way passed their own worst case scenario. CCD couriers is inconsiderate of people's time and plans. Highly unorganized & unprofessional service.
