Highly unprofessional
<p>Delivery for absa credit card has been scheduled for 2 week today. But yet again after being told that the driver is on his way and will be at our residence between 12 and 4pm today. They have still not arrived. This is highly unprofessional. When we phoned they said they cannot track their own courier vehicle and that they do not think he will arrive today so they have to reschedule AGAIN! How can one company advertise a service which is not met. I am one unsatisfied customer and will never make use of this service provider again. I can not believe that ABSA make use of this provider. </p>
