Highly irate

I had the most **** experience now with a delivery female , where she needed to come up to 12th floor where I am and she refused to and told me she will only wait for me for 5mins I asked give me 2mins she put the phone down. I went to ground floor she doesn’t greet and she makes me wait until she’s ready to give the card.

Then DSV ROAD IS FAR BETTER THEN THIS ****
