Helpful and friendly staff

Thank you to CCD couriers for the wonderful service this week. My credit card was supposed to be delivered to me and when I informed them that I recently lost my ID and only had my passport and driver's license available the person who phoned me (I regret, I don't remember his name) immediately said, no problem, we will get back to you. I was phoned a few days later and was told they checked with the bank and the drivers license was acceptable. Everyone I dealt with was aware of the situation and my card was delivered without a hassle. I only fully appreciate this today as another courier company is acting like I am a child who needs to ask permission to have my goods delivered to me without having my ID available.
