After I requested my cards to be stopped and new cards to be delivered ASAP as we are on holyday. I receive a call from a well spoken / friendly call center agent ( that had to listen to my howl ordeal) She helped me to book a delivery and she even assisted me so I will get it the next day. Early that morning I got an SMS with reference numbers for my delivery, Munities later I get another SMS to confirm a courier is on his / her way to my location. As I finish my coffee my phone rang, it is CCD ( again extremely friendly) telling me the courier is at my front gate but the door bell is is broken. I went out and here stands a gentleman FERY PROFESSIONAL dressed in FULL PPE. He introduced him self and I had to confirm my detail as the other lady explained I had to do. This guy even has his own little sanitizer bottle that he used to sanitize the pen I had to use to sign for the receipt of my cards. Thank you guy`s.
