Happy, but you have a rotten egg.

I was due to get bank cards today. I got an SMS confirmation, and a phone call yesterday. So far so good.

But ...... today I got an email telling me I will get them in a week's time. So, Called the call centre. The lady who answered was pretty rude, and just couldn't give a darn. She told us, there's nothing she can do. We explained why the delivery had to be done today, but she just didn't give a rats butt.

So, my wife and I called again at ghe same time from two phones. We each got the most helpful agents. In both cases, we were treated respectfully, and informed that delivery was on schedule. These agents coding have been more helpful. And .... the cards arrived on time as promised.

CCD, you have one rotten egg in your call centre. Just letting you know. If wasn't for that useless call centre person, I would rate you 10 out of 10.

Your good staff don't deserve to be associated with her. Really.
