Good Case study in how not to run a logistics company

Wish there was a minus 100 star review. This is the WORST couriers company ever! Took them over a week to schedule a set date and time (on a Friday from 12:00 to 14:00) asked for time of from work, waited up to 14:30, NO CALL from CCD. Phoned on Monday the next week to check on delivery, then we REPEAT everything again! It took me ages to get the call center agent to get the correct address captured, BUT for some reason, CCD needs to repeat THE WHOLE Address process again! This is a perfect company to use in a University Case study on how NOT to run a logistics company.
