Going the extra mile for top class service
Rodney went that extra mile for me today. My FNB cards were due for delivery at work and I was off work ill. Rodney phoned 15 minutes prior to delivery to confirm...only to find that I was home sick. He offered and delivered to my home address instead! What brilliant service.
