Frustrated and furious

<p>I was supposed to receive my FNB card from ccd couriers on the 12th of December and called them several times,talking to different supervisors being put on hold till the phone drops,sending emails and calling back but till today I have not received my card,I have totally lost faith and don't know what to do anymore or who to call as its just a waste of my time,money and energy as i don't want to end up saying things I'll regret towards them.plz help</p>
