I have had ever came across a more ********** courier company

I have been at home the whole day my cellphone was laying right next to me

Next moment I get a sms stating Because I have been unavailable for delivery, I must phone (at my cost) to rearrange my delivery at my cost.

I promise you I’m taking this to the National consumer council and I urge everyone the same happend to to do the same
