Forever waiting for cards to be delivered (Poor Service)
It is high time that FNB reviews their arrangement with these guys because the level of service we receive from FNB is not compatible to how CCD Couriers treat us. I have been expecting delivery from CCD couriers and my cards have not been getting delivered to me. Apparently the driver has been given a wrong address, which takes me back to the consultant who was taking my address. She gave me attitude no wonder she took down a wrong address but now I must be kept waiting FOR WHAT GOOD REASON. FNB please do something about this, it is irritating.
