FNB should stop using CCD couriers for their delivery service, they are unreliable

CCD has the worst service ever. Was supposed to receive my FNB bank card. I just got a message claimed they were at place and no one was around so I have to reschedule a delivery. And they were lying. This is the second time this as happened. The first time i had to go to their head office just to get my card. Their service is pathetic.
