FNB Premier Card Disaster
What a horrible experience I have had so far. First it the non-Delivery of the Credit Card and now the Cheque Card. It seems like FNB has a tendency of partnering with horrible courier companies. CCD Couriers were supposed to have delivered my card today(27 December2017) and now they can’t and will only deliver between 28 and 29 December when I had already transferred money into that account leaving me stranded. When I call in some guy I had spoken to last week had said that I would be collecting the card removing it from the queue. So FNB, my very first week with you has been a disaster.

CCD Couriers collected your cheque card 22-12-2017 which was incorrectly scheduled for a collection. I can confirm that your card is now scheduled to be delivered tomorrow (28-12-2017). As per our conversation your credit card was handed to a different courier company for delivery.
