FNB card not delivered

Good day. My name is Martin Bostander with ID no. ********** 358084. I received a call to confirm my delivery address a few days ago, when I asked the lady to give me a specific date for the delivery so that I can give her the exact delivery address for that specific day between my work address and my residential address as I am working shifts, she could not so I ended up giving her my work address. Now I receive a call from the delivery guy and when I tell him that I have already knocked off and he should deliver to my residence, he said he won't be able to do that instead he is going to return the card. I really need that card to get my salary now. How am I suppose to wait for another delivery date when the guy is currently around here with my card but he just does not want to deliver at my address. I want the card to be delivered at my place right now please, I cannot leave the house to meet him half way as he suggested! I need to buy this ngs for my family. My number is ********** 740
