FNB card delivery exsprience
<p>After applying for a bank card with FNB the courier company (CCD Couriers) has now failed twice to deliver my card to me as arrange by mail and per telephone. If this the the start of a failing clientele I am not intrested to become one of FNB's clients. Due to the pathetic contractors your are, FNB lost a new client.</p>

Did you not understand my complaint, you had two appointments which was not met. I will not wast my time any more with a promised delivery. You can exsplain to FNB why they lost a new client.

Documents needed upon delivery for FICA and verification purposes (clear copies of all documents need to be handed over to the courier):
• Your original valid green bar-coded ID/smart ID card
• A proof or residence that is in your name, has your physical address on it and not older than three months
The proof of residence should not be a once off invoice/letter or any document from FNB or Discovery.
