FNB CARD DELIVERY

<p>I am urgently waiting for my FNB card which is supposed to be delivered by CCD to me. I received an email saying CCD was unable to find me after attempting to contact which I can say is untrue because I would have seen a notification if I missed their call. Regardless, I call them back because I really really urgently need this card. The lady I spoke to (Forgot her name) said they will deliver but she cant say when because it depends on where I am. I tell her I am in Sandton but she still cant tell me when I will receive the card, only that I will receive an sms telling me when I will get the card. I find this very unprofessional. I really need to get this card as in yesterday as there are transactions I cant fullfill without it. Please deliver my card CCD ***</p>
