FNB card delivery

<p>My FNB was supposed to be delivered today, the 8th of July between 10 and 12. It's 15h12 now and I haven't received my card. I called at around 13h30 to query my delivery and the agent promised to call me back. I then called at 14h00 and the agent told me they couldn't locate the driver. I told her to deliver the card to my nearest FNB branch and she told me they don't deliver to the branches anymore. Now what upsets me is that I had other commitments and had to postpone because I'm waiting for my card. This has been an inconvenience for me, and I was furthermore upset that they won't deliver to an FNB branch. I've rescheduled for Monday, will I wait again like I did today??? I sure as hell hope not</p>
