FNB and CCD couriers match made in heaven-pathetic service

FNB and CCD couriers match made in heaven-pathetic service Pathetic service from FNB and their courier company CCD couriers,I received an SMS from CCD couriers but no calls to call them to make arrangements to have my FNB private clients credit card delivered to me,I call their offices calls are dropped or staff are rude.I called on the 16 May 2025 again same story,eventually spoke to an agent and expressed my frustration this agent was emphasizing that if I want the card delivered faster I can pay a fee and I told her I will wait no problem I then provided my work address for delivery and informed the agent I am office based they then promised 3-5 days for delivery,it is now more than two weeks and today I received a call from CCD couriers yet again a rude agent now telling me delivery will take 7-10 days I declined and stated I have been waiting for 2 weeks and I will report to FNB the agent was uninterested and stated we can send it to a branch and hung up the phone,FNB if this is how you treat private clients I hate to think how the clients with lower accounts are treated..
