First experience - Not impressed!

After struggling with our bank to get a iStore card, we were eventually told that the couriers have received the card and will be in touch[13:59 10-11-2018]. Being the inpatient person I am, I decided to call them myself since they haven't called me yet to arrange for a delivery address [08:20 10-12-2018]. After not being able to answer questions on behalf of my husband (which I can understand) we were told that the card will only be delivered on Tuesday [10-16-2018]. That is 3 working days, not even mentioning the Saturday in between. Very disgusted I asked the reason why it takes so long and I was told that they are fully booked already and only received the card the previous day. Now my issue is that it clearly states on their website that their specialty is that delivery is within 24 HOURS. It is really ridiculous to have to wait that long to deliver a card! I have worked with numerous other courier services and they can always accommodate your situation and actually deliver within the time frame specified.
