Fantastic service received from beginning to end

Dear CCD couriers,<br> <br> When my purse got ****** on the 1st of April i honestly thought that it would be such a struggle getting my new bank card. It was a choice to either go to FNB and stand in a line for who knows how long or decide to deliver via courier.<br> <br> I am so happy that I decided to have it delivered via courier. <br> <br> Charlotte from your call centre was such a pleasant lady to speak to. My appointment was scheduled for today between 10 and 12. <br> <br> I received a phone call from Palesa around 11:15 to confirm whether I have received my card. At this point I have not received it but she did inform that she will follow up with the courier and give me a call back. She kept her promise and let me know that the courier will deliver just before 12:00. <br> <br> Again I received a very professional phone call from Palesa before 12:00 that informed the courier is at the gate. Even though the courier was just down the road as the street numbers are a bit confusing, she transferred me to the courier Victor that arrived just before 12:00 as arranged.<br> <br> Victor, Palesa and Charlotte, Thank you for your professionalism. it's an absolute pleasure dealing with CCD couriers. Keep up the great work. :)
