failure to deliver on time
Delivery scheduled between 08-10:00 received a call that delivery is delayed and will be between 10 -12:00. Still no delivery and they cant give an actual time frame. Very dissatisfied with the services rendered

30 Sept 2024, 13:19Received a call back from CCD at 12:42 informing me that the delivery guy is now at Lifestyle Centre and will be another 30 minutes. The 30 minutes has passed and still no delivery while Lifestyle Center is only 4.8 km away from me expected ETA of 9 minutes max ???
