Failure to contact to arrange delivery

Contacted me for delivery of a credit card, the card is for my account but on my husbands name and because it is not for me I can not sign for it so they keep phoning me to arrange delivery and I say it's for my husband, they ask for his number and say they will call him to arrange delivery but never do. This has been more than 2 weeks and now we hear nothing from them. This is unacceptable as the current card is about to expire
