Failed to Deliver in Scheduled Timeslot - only to be offered new delivery next week

Was meant to have scheduled delivery between 9 and 11 this morning. I even received an SMS this morning confirming that my delivery will be done today. Yet nothing arrived. Eventually, CCD Couriers call me to say there was an error and that my cards were never dispatched. They are kind enough to offer me a new delivery ONLY ON MONDAY, despite the fact that I have already been waiting since last week for my card. When I say that they should have the decency to send the card by tomorrow then, they say there are no slots available. The matter is now escalated, but I don't anticipate any resolution in my favour.

Pathetic from CCD couriers. Your error means I have to wait half a week extra for a bank card I need. Absolutely useless
