Failed Delivery & Poor Service

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the way my parcel was handled by CC Couriers. Despite clearly requesting that my contact number be updated for delivery, this was ignored. As a result, my parcel, which was supposed to be delivered today, was returned by the delivery driver. I called your customer service to correct this, but the issue was still not resolved. This is completely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect my instructions to be followed, my time to be respected, and my parcels to be delivered as promised. This experience has caused unnecessary stress and disruption to my schedule, and it reflects extremely poorly on CC Couriers’ professionalism. I demand immediate action: my parcel must be delivered without any further excuses, and I expect confirmation that my contact details are updated correctly. I will not tolerate this level of service, and I intend to escalate this complaint if it is not addressed promptly. I also reserve the right to share this experience publicly to warn other customers of the risks of using your service.
