Extremely Unpleasant CCD Couriers
This morning I received a call from CCD Couriers. The call us extremely unpleasant and provocative. They tried to arrange a delivery of my card, but the person asked for my ID number, then my wife's and then it was a battle between the two as the person did not know what they wanted. I asked to speak to management and she hung up the phone on me. I will lodge a formal complaint with FNB as well. It incredible how people treat clients these days and get rewarded handsomely for it.
