Extremely Poor Service and *********** service by CCD
Extremely poor services for card delivery. Cannot support or keep the promises of Absa card division. Real confusion by their consultants. Consultants at CCD, namely Tabange and Mbali never kept to their promises. No feedback on return calls as promised. Still awaiting card and not sure if it will be delivered on the 4th date promised. My advice to the public, don't let your bank use CCD couriers to deliver your bank cards, rather collect it at a branch or get them to use another reliable courier service providers. You can wait more than 10 working days. I had to cancel my trip to Durban over this long weekend that has frustrated me.

11 Aug 2023, 13:13Still waiting on Tabange call as he promised to investigate and give me feedback.He promised a call by 11h30 which is an hour from 10 h30 when he called me. Trust that your promise to call and resolve this soonest is not next week as it's Friday and the weekend. Will await your response, soonest today.

14 Aug 2023, 10:17CCD called this morning and delayed the delivery for the 6th time now. Not sure if they know what is going on. All consultants are confused as to when they will be able to deliver the card.Each one is saying they will escalate it. It's now almost 2 weeks that they don't know or trace the card Absa has delivered to them the next day. I am not sure if the card will ever be delivered. The extremely poor service I complained about is now pathetic as the seniors that the consultant escalate the situation are showing pure incompetence as well. I advice all public to strongly consider not letting your bank deliver your banking cards via CCD as they will take a month to deliver it. Really pathetic, *********** and unprofessional courier service.

Called them and spoke to their manager Nonkula, after being cut off by Thembalise. Manager said she has to call Absa Credit Card division to see why they are holding the delivery. The card is at their offices. Not sure if the card will be delivered. Very frustrating and losing my temper with these *********** staff, in my opinion at CCD.
