Extremely poor service

This is by far the worst courier experience I've ever had in my life. My parcel was scheduled to be delivered between 08h00 and 10h00, after numerous phone calls and speaking to different people who kept on moving the delivery time, by 16h00 my parcel was still not delivered.

I wasted a whole day waiting for delivery which didn't even happen. This is extremely poor service from CCD and would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
