Extremely poor communication, coordination and service
On delivery attempt 1, the company sent a communication of arrival after the fact that they were there and refused to wait 5 minutes. On delivery attempt 2, they went to the premises at the time the business is closed. This took 6 calls to get to delivery attempt 2 and I still don't have my package.
