Extremely lazy *********** and not dependable!

Hi Everone. I would really like to discourage anyone from making use of the services of CCD Couriers. I cannot for the life of me understand why FNB Bank would use the services of such an unreliable Courier company for transporting and delivering of bank cards. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks now. I don't know how many times they called me and send me messages to "reschedule" the delivery. I have phoned them to inform their driver that I will meet him closer to a landmark that is easy to find even if you don't know how to use google maps. It is of no use. They make empty promises. Know that this courier will not deliver your bank card if you stay 10 km away from the centre of town. By the way. "The Courier Guy" is a much better option. Courier Guy do collections by us just about 4 or 5 times a week. " The Courier Guy" always deliver my parcels to my place. Why can CCD Couriers not do even ONE delivery !!? Are the drivers they use really so incapable?
