Express delivery has not been delivered

I am absolutely disappointed in the service received by this courier company. We have paid Investec Bank for express delivery two days ago and nothing had been delivered. every time I call they cannot hear (I call on different numbers and modems). All South African banks need to stop using this terrible service that has easy access to our private information.
